Nguzo Strategy OS

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Nguzo Strategy OS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using Nguzo on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

2. Description of Service

Nguzo is a strategy-to-execution platform designed for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in East Africa. It provides tools for strategic planning, goal tracking, task management, KPI monitoring, and team collaboration.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete registration information
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account
One person per account; no sharing of login credentials

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the service for any illegal purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' data
Upload malicious code or interfere with the platform's operation
Scrape, harvest, or collect information from other users
Use the service to store or transmit personally identifiable information in violation of applicable data protection laws

5. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you enter into Nguzo. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your business strategy, goals, or operational data. You may export your data at any time.

6. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the account at any time. Upon termination, you may request export of your data within 30 days. After 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.
